As part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) we believe that the Lord’s Supper, taking the bread and cup of Christ, is the most important part of our worship each week. This reminds us that the teachings, life, death, and resurrection of Christ teach us far more than any sermon ever will. It also symbolizes our belief that all are welcome at Christ’s table. All people are welcome to take the supper at PCC.
Thinking about joining us for worship?
Here are some things you can expect:
-You will be welcome no matter what you are wearing, whether it’s your best T-shirt and jeans or a suit and tie
-Worship starts at 11 a.m. and lasts about an hour
-Sermons in our church last about 15 minutes and are more like stories and conversations than lectures
- Nursery care is always provided and children are an active part of our worship each week
-We value quality and creativity in worship and incorporate historic elements of Christian worship with new ideas
